
Terms and Conditions
Payments
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our designated booking platform. Payment confirms your session and ensures your place.
Coach Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., coach illness, facility issues). In such cases, participants will be offered alternative sessions or a full refund.
Athlete Cancellations
All of our training programs from 1:1 to group sessions are regularly sold out weeks in advance so to allow us the opportunity to replace a cancellation from our wait list, cancellations must occur with a minimum of 72 hours in order to receive a refund.
A $25 administration fee will apply to all cancellations.
Rescheduling training
Netball Revolution understands that plans sometimes have to change and we are very happy to reschedule athlete training. All rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled training session.
Failure to show up for training session
If an athlete does not attend a training session without prior notification of non-attendance, no refund will be provided.
Make up sessions for multi-week programs
Some of our programs operate over multiple weeks. Bookings are made on the understanding that these programs run over a set time period and no make up times are available should an athlete be unable to attend one of the training sessions.
Withdrawal from a multi-week program
As our programs regularly book out, an athlete must provide a minumum of 72 hours notice prior to the commencement of the program of their intention to withdraw in order to access a refund.
A $25 administration fee will apply. This allows Netball Revolution to fill the vacancy from the wait list. A refund will not be provided if Netball Revolution is notified of withdrawal after the program has commenced.
Age limits for programs
To ensure the safety, effectiveness, and enjoyment of our programs, Netball Revolution sometimes applies age restrictions are applied to training programs. This will be clearly outlined in the booking form.
These restrictions are based on developmental, physical, and cognitive considerations relevant to each program. We prioritize the needs and abilities of participants to create a tailored and supportive environment. As such, we cannot accommodate requests to waive age restrictions, regardless of individual circumstances.
Pro Rata on multi-week program fees
We do not pro rata our program fees.
Wait lists
Our group programs are capped on numbers to ensure all of our athletes get the best out of the program. We do not add additional numbers to any program. Bookings are on a first come, first served basis, however you are able to go on our program wait list in the event a player withdraws prior to commencement of the program.
Attendance & Punctuality
Athletes must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their session starting.
If athletes arrive late, Netball Revolution may not be able to accommodate running a full session if another session is scheduled to commence immediately after. Missed time due to late arrival cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Athlete and Coach Safety
Athletes and any family members in attendance at our facility must always follow the instructions of coaches or Netball Revolution staff to ensure safety and effective training. Appropriate footwear and training attire is required for all sessions.
Athletes and/or parents must disclose any medical condition or injury before commencement of a session. If a coach becomes aware of an undisclosed medical condition or injury after a training session has commenced, Netball Revolution may terminate the remainder of the session.
Athlete Injury during session
Netball is a sport where injuries do occur. All athletes and parents attend our training sessions on the understanding that injuries may occur.
Netball Revolution will not make an athlete perform an activity or exercise that increases the risk of a netball based injury and as such accepts no liability for an injury that occurs through the conduct of a training session.
Use of Netball Revolution Training Facility
Netball Revolution’s training facility is to be used only for its intended purpose.
Any misuse of the facility and/or Netball Revolution’s equipment may result in immediate removal from the premises.
Media and Privacy
Photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes. Please let us know if you do not wish for you or your athletes’s image to be used.
All personal information provided to Netball Revolution will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Code of Conduct
Netball Revolution fosters a respectful, supportive, and inclusive training environment. Any breach of this code from an athlete, sibling or parent may result in cancellation or termination of services without refund.
Any behaviour deemed to be inappropriate, disruptive, disrespectful or unsafe may result in an athlete, sibling or parent being asked to leave without a refund.
Right to Refuse Service
Netball Revolution reserves the right to refuse service to any individual if

Their behaviour is inconsistent with our Code of Conduct (whether this is at Netball Revolution or another location) and deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, disruptive or unsafe.

They fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

They engage in conduct that jeopardizes the safety, comfort, or well-being of themselves, other participants, or Netball Revolution coaches and staff.

Any decision to refuse service will be communicated to the individual with an explanation as to why service will not be provided.
