Shipment Processing Time 
We endeavour to process all ready-to-ship orders within 1-2 business days.  There are exceptions to this during peak postage times like Black Friday or Christmas time.  

Damages 
Netball Revolution is not liable for any products sold (including the netball journals) that may be damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Domestic and International Shipping 
Netball Revolution is able to ship our Planners and Journals anywhere within Australia, and to international locations including Great Britain, South Africa, United States and New Zealand.   

Please contact us if you are an international customer and having difficulty with shipping.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

•  Shipping rates for both domestic and international packages are based  on the weight of the package.  This is calculated via our store check out based on your postal address.  ovided, please contact us and we can facilitate providing those details. 

• Delivery timeframe is dependant on location.  We estimate 3-5 days for major capital cities and major regional areas within Australia.  Rural areas within Australia can take up to 10 days for delivery.  International deliveries average between 7-21 days depending on the location for delivery.

• Once dispatched, please allow for time in transit as per postal service delivery timeframes.  We use Australia Post and other carrier services like Sendle.  We will endeavour to ensure you are provided with shipping details, however if they are not provided, please contact us and we can facilitate providing those details.
