This isn’t just a strength session.... it’s where athletes are built. Our weekly Strength Session is designed specifically for netballers who want to move better, feel stronger, and perform with confidence on court. Every exercise has a purpose; to improve your power, stability, speed, and resilience so your body can keep up with the demands of the game. We focus on the fundamentals that matter: muscle activation, landing mechanics, change of direction, core control, and full-body strength.... all delivered in a structured, high-performance environment.
