They will make or break your team's performance and there are so many different nuances that need to be taught. We will teach you how to coach a defensive lean, attempting to jump the shooters shot, switching, defensive footwork (hint - it's not sidestepping!), effective blocking, 3 phase defence, split circle defence... the list goes on! It will be a jam-packed 90 mins of learning!
